What is a crepe?

Since 1972 La Creperie has been serving authentic "Breton" crepes.
Crepes originate in the Western region of France called "Bretagne".
We serve two types of crepes, savory made with buckwheat and sweet made with wheat.
We cook our crepes on iron griddles called "Biligs".
Enjoy our time tested combinations, or feel free to make your own!
